Shipping Policy

All our parcels are delivered by Purolator or Canada Post (remote regions and post office boxes). The tracking number will be emailed to you after the shipment of your package. The maximum weight per order is 10 kg. Customer is fully accountable for indicating the correct shipping address. Should your shipping address be incorrect, a customer service representative will communicate with you, and shipping fees may be charged. Please acknowledge this also applies to unclaimed or refused parcels.

Shipping charges and shipping time

Canada

Shipping charges for orders shipped in Canada are $11.95* and shipping time is 4 to 6 business days. Shipping in Quebec is free for orders of $75* or more before tax (use the coupon code QCGRATUIT75 at checkout), and shipping in the rest of Canada is free for orders of $125* or more before tax (use the coupon code CDNFREE125 at checkout).  If items are temporarily out of stock, a customer service representative will contact you.  *Except remote regions of Canada

Shipping fees are based on the weight of the order and destination. Our shipping fee calculator will determine shipping price upon confirmation of your order. The delivery time depends location.

Perishables

Our policy is to ship products with an expiration date of at least 1 month. If we cannot meet this commitment, we will contact you by email to let you know the expiration date and to know if you still want to receive the product.

Broken or opened items 

Biodor Produits Naturels ships the items in their condition of purchase and packs them properly to avoid breakage during transportation. If you receive a damaged or opened item please email us or call us 514-842-9662, Monday through Friday from 11am to 5pm EST. 

Lost Packages

Parcels may get lost during transit. If you encounter this problem, please email us or call us at 514-842-9662, Monday through Friday from 11am to 5pm EST. Product availability

Biodor.ca does not guarantee in any case the availability in inventory of products offered. If Biodor.ca is unable to deliver one or some of the products ordered due to insufficient inventory, Biodor.ca will send out a warning by e-mail and give the following options: Maintain the order and ship it when the products become available. Cancel part or all of the order containing unavailable products 

Payment methods

Biodor keeps the right to verify any suspicious credit card with the Financial institutions before confirming and sending an order. If the card creates a reasonable doubt towards its authenticity, Biodor can refuse to complete a transaction. Same goes with other payment methods, like Paypal for example.
